Idox plc (the "Company") announces that 35,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") have been transferred out of treasury to satisfy an exercise of share options by one of its employees.
 
Following the transfer the Company now holds 17,000 shares in treasury. The Company's total issued share capital after the transfer of the Ordinary Shares remains as 354,184,810 ordinary shares. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is now 354,167,810.
 
This figure of 354,167,810 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
