Unpublished 1st Tier Service Desk Analyst
Idox are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. The successful candidate will provide the first point of contact for all internal and external customer support queries and record all incoming support calls ensuring all key information is logged accurately before assigning the call. The post holder will be required to chase and progress queries and keep the customer informed until the call has been satisfactorily resolved.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The candidate will be required to continuously develop their skills and knowledge to enhance delivery of service.
