2nd Tier Service Desk Team Leader
As a result of a growth in demand for Idox solutions and therefore demand for support services, Idox is looking to hire a specialist man manager to lead one of our 2nd Tier Service desk teams.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the professional and pastoral development of the team, also leading initiatives towards the progression of our ITIL framework in client services.
In particular, we are hoping to recruit an experienced manager, with proven skills in building a cohesive team in a software support setting. You will be integral to our management team, expected to play an active part in performance management, forward planning and direction against our business goals.
An ideal candidate will have had experience in technical client service within an organisation providing Software and related advisory services to a broad customer base.
