2nd Tier Service Desk Analyst CAFM
Working as part of a small team within the Service Desk providing technical support for Idox, this role is dedicated to serving national and international clients for our front-end computer aided facilities management application (CAFM). The post holder will provide high quality advice and support to assure a first class service for our customers.
