The London Borough of Southwark, a customer for over 15 years, recently reaffirmed its partnership with Idox by renewing and extending the use of Uniform Cloud. The fully hosted and managed service provided via Uniform Cloud offers the scalable and resilient infrastructure essential for modern councils to operate efficiently.

Enfield Council

Enfield Council has renewed its partnership with Idox, extending their use of Uniform Cloud with Enterprise, TLC, Public Access, EDRMS and ADS Gazetteer for a further term. Recognising the value of the fully hosted and managed service, the Council was happy to solidify their commitment to Uniform Cloud.

West Northamptonshire Council

West Northamptonshire Council has taken a decisive step to consolidate its operations and enhance service delivery. By adopting Idox Cloud as its primary solution for public protection services (including licensing, environmental health, housing, and trading standards), the Council has unified four previously separate councils under a single, streamlined platform.
