West Northamptonshire Council unifies regulatory services operations with Idox Cloud
West Northamptonshire Council has taken a decisive step to consolidate its regulatory services operations and enhance service delivery. By procuring Idox Cloud as its primary solution for public protection services (including licensing, environmental health, private sector housing and trading standards), the Council’s intention is to unify four previously separate council systems under a single, streamlined platform.
Councillor Matt Golby, WNC’s Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Adult Care, Public Health and Regulatory Services said: “Following call-off from G-Cloud 13 framework, I am pleased to confirm that Idox were awarded a contract to provide the Idox Public Protection platform, a single platform for Regulatory Services and Private Sector Housing. Their support will be instrumental in consolidating several legacy systems as part of the ongoing integration following the formation of West Northamptonshire Council. We look forward to working with Idox to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.”
