Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council and Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council

Recently, Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council and Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council have committed to transition to Idox Cloud for Public Protection, moving away from three different legacy systems. As early adopters of this version of Idox Cloud, these councils will collaborate on further product development, paving the way for other Northern Ireland councils to follow suit. We are excited about the prospect of modernising more councils across Northern Ireland and enhancing their capabilities.

A warm welcome to... A warm welcome to…

Rother District Council

Rother District Council recently selected Idox Cloud for Planning, Building Control and Land Charges. Awarded directly via the VAS framework, the council made this decision based on how modern and efficient the system and processes were. Additionally, the user interface was an attractive component, compared to its legacy system.

Doncaster Council

Impressed with demonstrations and the rich functionality of the product, Doncaster Council recently selected Idox Cloud for Public Protection. After a competitive tender process, this was awarded via the VAS framework, having scored well on the council’s functional requirements.

London Borough of Merton

London Borough of Merton operates a shared service for public protection with the London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth. Recently, the councils have selected Idox Cloud for their full regulatory services including the online portal and our mobile apps. This is an exciting transformation project highly anticipated by both parties.
