First release of iManage Cloud is launched

Managing the LLPG / LSG has never been easier or more efficient

Idox is thrilled to announce the first release of iManage Cloud. After extensive user engagement and specialist UX design, our new cloud-based Gazetteer Management System for creating and maintaining the Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG) and Local Street Gazetteer (LSG) is now available to make addressing even easier and more precise.

Customer-led development and design

We’ve been working closely with a range of customers to fully comprehend how they’ve been using the desktop version of iManage. Our aim was to deepen our understanding of workflows, priorities, and pain points, so we could deploy that feedback to create an intuitive, time-saving cloud-based version of the system.

The end result is an easy-to-operate application powered by wizard-driven processes and templates, with maps and data now viewable simultaneously. 

Efficiency and precision with automated validation

Backed by user-led input and built by specialist software engineers, iManage Cloud looks to improve on an already robust legacy.

As address data is entered, it is driven through wizards that use the latest address validation rules for the gazetteer standard set by GeoPlace. Ensuring absolute accuracy before data is exported to the national hub maximises efficiency, minimises effort and helps councils achieve and maintain the gold standard effortlessly.
