New Integration Partnership: West Sussex Sexual Health & EmERGE mHealth with Lilie EPR
Lilie: enabling coordinated, patient-focused care
Idox’s Lilie has been a core part of West Sussex Sexual Health’s operations since 2020, providing reliable support for their services. Now, thanks to a new partnership with EmERGE mHealth Ltd and West Sussex Sexual Health, Lilie’s integration capabilities will connect the PrEP EmERGE mobile app directly to its Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. PrEP – pre-exposure prophylaxis for HIV – is a medication people can take to prevent HIV.
PrEP EmERGE allows digital PrEP provision to be facilitated within the sexual health service. With the digital PrEP pathway fully integrated into clinic services, it frees up capacity to help manage demand and allows resources to be focused on other people at risk of HIV who may not attend traditional clinic settings. The PrEP EmERGE app has been in use in Brighton since April 2021 and helps people to manage their PrEP. The app provides access to results, appointments, medication information and two-way messaging as part of a clinic-based digital PrEP pathway.
Lilie is a purpose-built solution designed to meet the specific needs of sexual health services. It helps healthcare providers manage patient data efficiently, streamlines workflows, and ensures accurate, secure record-keeping. With its ability to integrate with third-party tools like the PrEP EmERGE app, Lilie empowers clinics to deliver coordinated, patient-focused care.
